Before your order ships, it must be printed, quality-checked, and packed by our regional print partners.

Note: During high-volume holiday seasons, production can take up to 7 business days.
📦 Phase 2: Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
Once your item leaves the printing facility, transit times depend entirely on your location and the specific collection you ordered.
🇪🇺 Europe & UK (Our Primary Hub)
The vast majority of our adult streetwear pieces (printed on premium Stanley/Stella blanks) and our Tiny Collection are fulfilled directly inside Europe.

Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days (after production).
🇺🇸 United States & Rest of the World

The Tiny Collection (Kids): Automatically routed to our US printing partners for lightning-fast delivery. Expect transit times of 3 to 5 business days.

Adult Streetwear (Premium Blanks): Shipped exclusively from our European facilities to maintain fabric quality. Expect international transit times of 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

📨 A Note on Split Packages (Highly Important)
Because we route your orders to the absolute best specialized printers for each specific garment, items in the same order may occasionally ship from different facilities. If you order an adult heavyweight hoodie alongside a piece from our Tiny Collection, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive a unique tracking link for every single package sent your way.
🛂 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped outside the European Union (such as the US or UK), Base&Bloom is not responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
🔍 Missing or Damaged Packages?
If your tracking link says "Delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, or if your garment arrives damaged from transit, please contact us immediately at support@shopbaseandbloom.com with your order number. We will sort it out for you within 24 hours.
